Follow these steps:
1. When making your purchase, select Smart Tickets (Quentro) as the delivery method.
2. Once the payment is confirmed, specify the Quentro user you want to send your tickets to.
If you've never received tickets on Quentro before, enter the email address you commonly use. You'll receive a 4-digit code that you need to enter on the ticketing website to verify your identity.
If this process is completed correctly, you'll receive an email to that same email address confirming the delivery and providing a download link to install the Quentro app on your phone.
3. Download Quentro and log in with the user you specified to receive the purchase. Your tickets will appear under the "Upcoming" tab.
If after following these steps you still don't see your tickets, refresh the app or log out of Quentro and log back in, ensuring you're using the correct user.
