If your tickets aren't showing up on your device after sending them to Quentro, try refreshing the app by swiping down. You can also log out and log back in, ensuring you're using the correct user.
Additionally, log in to the website of the point of sale where you purchased the tickets, select the corresponding purchase, and see if you indicated the correct Quentro user.
If you find an error in the Quentro user to which you sent your purchase, email info@quentro.com with the following details:
- Event name and location.
- Purchase number.
- Buyer's ID number.
- Email used to log in to Quentro.
